Have you been struggling with Lyme Disease and wondering whether you'll ever completely regain your Health... your Energy... your Life?

Do you feel like getting through each day is a challenge and there seems to be no end in sight?

I've been there and I'm here to help!

If you’ve been struggling with Lyme Disease, co-infections, or the adverse effects of long term antibiotic treatment, you may be wondering whether you’ll ever be healthy again. You’re doing the best you can, but it seems like there’s no end in sight.

My husband, our three daughters, and I were diagnosed with Chronic Lyme disease over 16 years ago.  After years of antibiotic therapy and many more years of managing symptoms with over-the-counter drugs, we finally realized that Chronic Lyme Disease had led to autoimmune issues that were just as devastating as the original illness.  Understanding this important fact helped my family to overcome the root cause of our symptoms and take back our health!

We finally discovered that the way to full recovery was through some basic health principles that have been around for centuries.  I call these The Pillars of Health.

This website was created to help you transition from feeling tired, achy, and miserable to feeling better than you ever have.  Select the Pillars below for more information.

The food you eat has a powerful impact on your overall health. It defines how you feel each day and can greatly influence the amount of inflammation in your body.

The toxic environment we live in is literally robbing us of our health. Eliminating these toxins on a regular basis is the best way to be sure your body is functioning optimally.

Insufficient sleep has been linked to a number of chronic illnesses. The less sleep you get, the more your immune system will weaken and the greater your chances of declining health.

Water is needed for every bodily function including digestion, circulation, nutrient absorption, temperature regulation, and detoxification.  Drinking enough is essential for optimal health.

Eating real food is your best bet for nutritional needs, but supplementation is sometimes required to get all of the vitamins and minerals your body needs.

Virtually all degenerative diseases are associated with excess acidity in the body. The pH of saliva and urine can help you monitor your progress toward a proper acid/alkaline pH balance.

It’s probably no secret that exercise is crucial for good health.  In fact, some experts claim that exercising regularly is the single most important thing you can do for your health.
