Exercise Regularly

We’ve heard about the benefits of exercise all of our lives, so it’s probably no secret that exercise is crucial for good health.  In fact, some experts claim that exercising regularly is the single most important thing you can do for your health.

When you exercise, you increase circulation and blood flow throughout your body.  This improved circulation boosts the immune system, providing a better chance to find and squelch illness before it has a chance to spread.

In the short term, exercise helps to reduce stress, control appetite, boost mood, and improve sleep.  In the long term, it reduces risk of heart disease, stroke, diabetes, demential, high blood pressure, depression, and many cancers.
Moderate activity is all you need – to keep your blood flowing and improve your circulation.
